After creating an account, the ‘Find New Suppliers’ feature found under ‘My Suppliers’ allows you to search for and view all the Suppliers currently active on LinkGreen. Searching can be done by company name, geographic regions, or type of products the supplier offers.
Yes. As a buyer, you can hide your entire profile and be completely invisible to every other LinkGreen user. This is helpful while you are setting up your company profile and becoming familiar with the LinkGreen system. However, once you are ready, we encourage you to turn it on so you can start enjoying the benefits of LinkGreen. You can view your LinkGreen public profile the way others will see it using the ‘Preview my Profile’ feature on the Profile setup page. No other company can see your LinkGreen purchasing activity except the supplier involved in the transaction.
No. You can effectively use LinkGreen to do all your purchasing without adding any items to your buyer’s catalogue. But, if should choose to include some or all of your catalogue items with their retail price, LinkGreen will permit you to bond together supplier items with your catalogue items and give you excellent reporting and margin calculations right when ordering product.

After your profile is live, you can control if non-invited companies can see your catalogue items or not. Non-invited companies NEVER see pricing or inventory availability. And, for each company you have invited, or have accepted an invitation from, you control if they see pricing, inventory availability, and special prices.
Absolutely not. A company on LinkGreen has access to your pricing and inventory only if you explicitly permit it. By default, other companies do NOT see pricing and inventory. You must enable that view.
A company with whom you have no connection will never be able to see pricing or inventory. They may see only your full catalogue of products with picture and description only. If a company wishes to see pricing, they must send you an invitation to connect, at which time you determine if you wish to grant them permission to see pricing and inventory availability.
We will assist you with the loading of your initial catalogue. For that process we require that you have a unique internal SKU value associated with each of the products you wish to include in your LinkGreen catalogue, and that each product have a description, a size description, and a package quantity. This information can be provided in an excel spreadsheet or CSV file for us to process.
Images are not required but highly recommended. Images should be provided with unique filenames associated with some property of the product data, and be in a size of at least 3×5 at 200 dpi. If you don’t know what any of that means, have no worries. We are glad to help and promise the process will be painless.
