Barrie, Ontario, June 4, (www.linkgreen.ca) LinkGreen has entered into an agreement with Shopify to commence the development of a Shopify App extension. This integration will allow wholesale suppliers to connect with Shopify's existing online merchants and make it easy for their retailers to begin offering products online.
LinkGreen will provide wholesale suppliers, brick and mortar retailers, and Shopify online merchants with an easy way to transact with each other through a single app. This app will harness wholesale supplier product data to populate Shopify online stores, acting as a connection between wholesale suppliers, online retailers, and everyday consumers.
This integration between LinkGreen and Shopify will make it possible for wholesale suppliers to fulfill online orders through direct deliver (also known as drop shipping) for its current retail customers and gain access to Shopify‘s 600,000 online merchants as potential customers.
“Through this Shopify app, LinkGreen’s technology provides Shopify online merchants access to quality North American products for their online store,” commented Warren Patterson CEO of LinkGreen. “This technology also offers brick and mortar retailers the ability to quickly build an online store through their supplier's product data, expanding their business online and increasing opportunities for all parties involved.”
The development of this app extension into Shopify is a part of a broader strategy to connect wholesalers to retailers online, bringing significant value to LinkGreen’s customers and better positioning them to remain competitive.
